Pixels and Chisels, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website pixelsandchisels.com and its associated web tools (collectively, the "Site"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

By using our Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide to us through our contact form:

  • Phone number (optional) — for follow-up if you prefer a call
  • Product category of interest — to route your inquiry appropriately

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or any sensitive personal data through the Site.

Information is collected exclusively when you fill out and submit our contact form. Our contact form is processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form handling service. When you submit the form, your data is transmitted to Formspree's servers and forwarded to us via email. Formspree's own privacy policy applies to their handling of that data and can be found at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics at this time. Our web tools (ToolMatch, 3D Print Cost Calculator, 3D Print Doctor) operate entirely in your browser and do not transmit any data to our servers.

4. How We Use Your Information

The information you provide is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your inquiry or product question
  • Providing quotes or product information relevant to your request
  • Sending occasional business updates or promotions if you opted in to our newsletter

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Site uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

  • Formspree — contact form processing (Privacy Policy)
  • Google Maps — embedded map on our Contact page (Privacy Policy). Google may collect data such as your IP address when the map loads.
  • Cloudflare — website hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection (Privacy Policy). Cloudflare may log request metadata including IP addresses for security and performance purposes.

We do not currently use Google Analytics or any other behavioral tracking services.

6. Social Media

Our Site includes links to our social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok. Clicking those links will take you to external platforms governed by their own privacy policies. We have no control over data collected by those platforms.

7. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions (received via email) only as long as necessary to fulfill your inquiry or as required for legitimate business records. We do not maintain a separate database of user information.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. Our Site is served over HTTPS (SSL/TLS encryption). Contact form submissions are transmitted securely through Formspree. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
